Game reveal season is over for another year
#19: That's all folks
Hi all!
Real life stuff means this is a slighter shorter issue this week I’m afraid, but there's still plenty to chew on. This has been a week filled with events and game announcements, and you can find a round-up of the most interesting in the news section below. There's also the usual round up of new and upcoming releases, and some excellent recommended reads that includes a brilliant feature on the making of Micro Machines by Keith Stuart for Read Only Memory.
I'd just like to say a quick hello to the new subscribers this week, and thanks those who have supported The Week in Games with a membership, by sharing it online, or just by reading this right now. This newsletter is completely reliant on shares and word of mouth, so your help and support is hugely appreciated.
I hope you have a wonderful weekend.
Take care everybody!

NEW RELEASES:
This week saw free next-gen updates to Capcom's brilliant modern Resident Evil games. Res 2, 3, 7 and Village all received free updates that include 4K resolutions and ray tracing support, among other things.
Next week will see the release of next-gen versions of Deliver Us the Moon, which if you haven't played it, is well worth a look. I actually reviewed it a while back and would recommend it to anybody after something a little bit different.
